Brown was engaged to provide engineering services for the upgrading works at Wellington Primary School. The proposed development comprises mainly the design and construction of a new Indoor Sport Hall and a 4 storey ancillary building as well as other miscellaneous facilities. To achieve environmental friendly design, different structural system including precast systems, hollow core slabs, etc. were considered.
