This project covers an area of 71,000 square metres and is located on a piece of land in Anhui with 157,000 square metres devoted to residential buildings. As part of Anhui’s urban development, these residential apartments will meet the rising demand for housing.
The Shu Cheng Community is being built according to the concept of “Vertical Forest” - a concept that makes maximum use of sunlight in the design of its aerial courtyard. This community space also provides residents with a quality living environment. The central garden with its beautiful landscapes, presents an image of biodiversity in a well-developed urban area. This project will no doubt have a major bearing on high-rise designs of the future.
