Nuovo Executive Condominium in Singapore consists of three 18 storey blocks of residential units. Brown provided the design of a precast floor system and façade for this project. By using precast prestressed floor slab units, 30% of the original support beams were eliminated. Adoption of precast panels for the complex facade resulted in significant gains in productivity on site and high quality for the building’s external finishes.
