Eco-Link @ BKE, Singapore
• LTA Contract ER256 - Eco Bridge across BKE linking nature reserves.
The Eco-Link @ BKE, the first of its kind in Southeast Asia, is an ecological bridge that spans the BKE (Bukit Timah Expressway), connecting 2 nature reserves - Bukit Timah Nature Reserve and Central Catchment Nature Reserve, allowing wildlife to expand their habitat, genetic pool and chance of survival.
The project includes earth retaining structures, drainage system, soil and anchorage systems across the BKE. To enhance an overall efficiency and ensure construction safety over the “live traffic” during erection of the link bridge, we had explored and implemented extensive offsite pre-casting in structural and façade works. It also ensured quality works being delivered in a timely manner.
