Yangon World Trade Center is located in Minggrong town, and within the main district of Yangon. With a total area of over 514,000 square metres, it sits strategically adjacent to a golf course, a mansion area, and various government ministries. As it is within easy access of Yangon international airport, it is set to benefit from the airport’s high traffic flow.
This project aims to create an integrated platform for hosting exhibitions as well as the sale of imported goods. There will be business offices, specialty markets and shops, residences and hotels. At both its main entrances, there will be a landmark building that serves as its business offices. In addition, visitors can experience the rustic feel of being close to nature.
